- Born & raised in very small town. Left right after High School, attended college, then joined the Army during the Vietnam War. Like so many other vets I'm against this current war......it's just a really bad case of Vietnam deja vu! However, I DO support our troops in all our forces and truly appreciate everything they have to do. I just pray they all get to come home soon and once they're here, that they get taken care of, unlike so many Vietnam Vets when they came home. Yep, old scars. They're called scars for a reason! Some call them medals of honor and that would also be accurate!
